moOngy participates to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games
We only have 22 months to go before the opening ceremony for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. We are willing to contribute to this incredible event in our own way.
Paris 2024 moOngy team
First of all, because we share core values with sports, such as risk-taking, fun, confidence, commitment and respect.
Sport is a tremendous vector of emotions. From immense joy to terrible deception, this is the very essence of sport, but also its beauty. Outside the arena, athletes are true models of mental strength, self-sacrifice and perseverance, and a great source of inspiration for us all.
By supporting young French athletes’ incredible hope of qualifying for the 2024 Olympic Games. By helping them reaching their dream and by telling you their stories, successes and doubts.
The Paris 2024 moOngy team gathers five (5) promising young athletes ready to compete to the highest level.
Aziz BOUKEBAL : Leading the field
Aziz is a consultant engineer in process design at Bee Engineering in Nantes (France).
Last season, the Carcassonne-based runner increased his number of achievements, ranking within the top 10 of the most promising French athletes in half-marathon racing. In line with his rise in power, Aziz wants to go on growing and is seeking to run the Olympic Games marathon. He is currently training in Iten, Kenya to make his dream come true
Jade MARÉCHAL : A dream within foil’s reach
Aged 21, the young fencer is a major French talent in the discipline. Jade has progressively made her mark before joining the French National Senior Fencing Team in 2019, and entering the INSEP, a prestigious international Olympic training center, in 2020. She is currently working her way towards a critical goal, the 2024 Olympic Games, and is willing to give it everything she’s got. Her latest success: Jade is 2022 European U23 team champion.
Victor COROLLER : Re-born
After 4 painful years following injuries, his patience, dedication, and perseverance have played a major role in his career. Since this year, the native of Rennes is reborn. First, he won a bronze medal during the French Elite Championships, then he qualified for the finals at the last European Athletics Championships in Munich, his first international finals. From now on, the wind is in his sails and his path towards the Olympic quest appears clearer again. He seeks to fulfill the hopes placed in him as a result of his outstanding performance in the youth categories.
“Victor has showed his knowledge and skills from the very young categories in his discipline which used to be mine, the 400m hurdles. Several years ago, his Junior French national record opened the doors to the Junior French teams. His well-thought-out choice to go and compete with the world’s champions on a daily basis to achieve a milestone and his determination will doubtlessly qualify him for the Olympic Games in Paris 2024.”
Stéphane Diagana, 2x gold medal of 400m hurdles
Luan MAZET-VIGNAUD : An iron will
” Playing sports this has become a passion and this is something I can’t miss.”
Diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma at age seven (7), Luan refused to stop playing sports. Her doctor suggested that she start swimming. As she enrolled in sixth grade, her PE teacher spotted her, and she left middle school to join the MPN (Montpellier Paillade Swimming club). In the second year, she moved to the Federal Handisport Center at Creps of Bordeaux. She was awarded a bronze medal at the French small pool championship in 2019 and got selected for a World Cup with the hope French team, which failed to take place due to Covid 19 crisis.
Luan has built up an iron will and is training hard to make her dream come true: competing in the 2024 Olympic Games as a para-triathlete.
Maxime-Gaël NGAYAP : A promising judoka
As a member of INSEP since 2018, he plays in the elite French judo team. He was awarded the title of French junior champion in less than 90kg (198lbs) in 2021, thereby qualifying for the European junior championships, where he also achieved the title of team champion. Over the course of the season, he also won a bronze medal at the World Junior Championships and became World Junior Team Champion only two (2) days after receiving that individual prize.
He joined the French senior team in 2022.
